18 U.S.C. § 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct appearing on, or otherwise contained in, this site were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the visual image was produced.

P4wz operates as a platform service: original content is uploaded and managed by individual creators ("Producers") who are solely responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. Each Producer who uploads sexually explicit content has agreed in our Terms of Service that they are the producer (or have obtained from the producer) of the content, that all performers were at least 18 years of age at the time of production, and that they maintain the records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 at the address they have provided.

Records required for content uploaded to P4wz pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 are kept by the respective Producers. To request access to a specific Producer's records, contact P4wz at the address below and we will route the request to the appropriate Producer.
